All Stainless Steel jewellery is water, heat and sweat resistant.

Please follow the below steps to ensure protection of rest of our range:

• Tarnishing jewellery is not a fault and steps can be taken to ensure your jewellery does not tarnish.

• Using a soft cloth to clean your jewellery will keep it looking polished and tarnish free.

• We recommend you keep your jewellery in the box and pouch provided to help reduce tarnishing, scratching and tangling.

• Some metals used may be bendable. Therefore, when transporting your jewellery, do so within the box provided so no external pressures are accidentally applied distorting the shape of the jewellery.

• Do not expose your jewellery to any liquids including water, perfumes or lotions as this may cause the colour to fade. This is not a fault and can be avoided by caring properly for your jewellery as outlined above.

If care instructions are not adhered to, we cannot be responsible for any damage. Damage caused by general wear and tear is the responsibility of the owner.

We will replace any faulty items within 14 days of you receiving your order as long as we are notified. Please refer to our Returns policy for more information regarding faulty items.
